My boobs are pretty tiny anyway, but through my different weights they have proportionally changed on the cup size but not by any great amount, but the band measurement seems to change a lot more. At one point a couple of years ago, when I was about 10-12lbs lighter than I am now I tried on a 30 band and it fit well. But right now I'm somewhere between a 32 and 34.
