Regardless of how you are and why you are that way and what you think etc.... you could try writing down those negative thoughts on a sticky note... well, rather, write down the reframe, such as: It's ok if I'm ignored. It's ok if I get left out. That will help change your thinking... really...by reading it often.
Because... it is you know... ok? How they treat you has no bearing on how you really are. It sounds like their loss, to me.
