I'm sorry to hear you don't feel so hot right now, but the best thing you can do for yourself is express those pit up crappy feelings, and you've done that beautifully for everybody to see. I really like your poem because not only does it express your feelings, but it expresses the feelings of everybody else who's felt this way.
Your a very talented person, please be proud.
