If you don't have the resources for a pdoc/tdoc or medication, you should contact the mental health program of your county. All counties in the US have human services departments and they offer help on a sliding scale so you should be able to afford. Also, there are free clinics in most major cities so you might investigate this option. If medications are too expensive for you then you can contact the manufacturer and get assistance. Some companies completely cover your costs.
