I don't "do" facebook. Sorry it's causing you frustration. I think the frenetic changes being experienced are "normal" for the hormonal teen years. Imagine not having facebook, or even a telephone (wired to the wall) NOT shared with neighbors and feeling all those emotions!  How did we ever grow up???
