I had an anger management class taught by a T with a REBT background, he sort of gave us the lowdown. Great class, it actually worked, and we didn't even have to sing show tunes!!! (I just loved that movie)!
I am also blessed (cursed) with a garbage can mind that stashes stuff away to regurgitated later, sometimes even when useful (usually not)!
