Weelllll, just took the self-test and, not surprisingly, came up 'highly sensitive'. This is probably recent and due to my anxiety/panic/agoraphobia. I didn't used to be as sensitive to/easily stressed by my physical environment as I am now, nor was I as likely to be 'overwhelmed' by the demand for multi-tasking or fast deadlines as I probably am now. Interesting...
