My recent post today and now this one. I am feeling so tired and beat down. It seems like there is no up. I feel as if people who treat others with disrespect that have mental illness just do not get it.
I have been making calls and today I am told I do not have the right to know the outcome of my grievance towards my mental health care provider. ( no longer am I seeking her services of course.)
I just don't get it, I feel I don't have any rights.
I am tired and as bad as I want to SI right now, I am doing this, writing here. For now I can hold off, but I am in so much pain.....
