Guilt's a bummer. Can you shove some affirmations into your brain? Like: I am worthwhile, I am worth love, I am worth compassion, I am worth help. Sounds to me like a therapist might be helpful for you to get through this growing intensity. Do you have access? Please be gentle with yourself.
