Well, I kind of hate to be on the opposite end but, after gaining 60 lbs on various cocktails with varying degrees of success, my new pdoc put me on a new cocktail that has been amazing. I am on lamotrigine, Geodon, and Concerta and I have lost 55 lbs in 9 months and am still losing.
There are meds out there that have weight loss as a side effect. If your current meds work for you then stick with them but if they aren't working ask your doctor, there may be an option that cuts weight gain.
One other thing that could be an issue. Lithium about destroyed my thyroid function so I am also taking liothyronine to increase thyroid function and increase my metabolism. You may want to ask your doctor to test your thyroid because that could be affecting weight gain as well.
