It sure is.
I was waiting in the car while my husband ran into a restautant to get some takeout food for us. I was a little nervous because it wasn't an official parking place. I'm legally blind, so it would be tricky for me if I were forced to move the vehicle.
It was taking a while, and my nerves got the best of me. I started to roll down my window as I took out a cigarette - but there was a "Man in Blue" right there up close and personal. It startled me, so I shreiked.
The Man in Blue became startled and jumped back too. He was just a homeless guy in the area who likes to keep the place clean. I said "I'm sorry, I thought you were a cop about to tell me to move - I just needed a smoke." He said "I thought YOU were a cop about to tell ME to move." With my tinted windows, he didn't see me inside and thought it would be okay to take a cigarette break.
That was a great connection AND break - and nobody got arrested!
