Alcoholics anonymous or narcotic anonmyous will help you with your drug/drinking problem. it will support your efforts to stay clean and teach you a new way of living.
as for your compulsive behavior i'd suggest you speak to a medical doctor to get the help you need.
thanks for posting your concerns. i wish you well. you can learn to be happy, joyous, and free from all your self destructive behaviors by seeking help. first off you need to have the willingness to help yourself.
to qualify myself i'm 21 years clean and sober by going to AA. i've lived the hell you feel too but no more.
