Yeah, I know the feeling. You feel like you'd rather do anything else than go to school. I suggest talking to someone or writing about this. Not to sound like a total freak, but when I get really scared, I talk to my cat - for some reason, that really helps me calm down. You could also try writing down all your feelings with soap on your mirror. Read what you've written, then wash it away and feel all the anxiety leave you.
