Hello! I can totally sympathise with the wait. I'm off meds right now, as an experiment, and to see the 'pure' pattern of my swings, but it means a lot more struggle until my next appointment...Which is on the 7th of March!

It is a long way off, but try to focus on each day...And maybe keep a diary, this will help the psychiatrist - that's what I'm doing, hoping that then the right mood stabiliser will be found quicker (although there is already sth the doc has in mind..)

Never give up! See what adjustments you can do to make it easier for the next few weeks, get any support you can, people, reading, this forum, and things will be better soon - it is worth the wait, and don't stop believing that the healthy you is worth the wait :-)
