I had a nap today and while I was sleeping I hallucinated and I thought I saw a person in my room. I knew I was aware but then again I was half asleep, it's odd. It's happen to me before I thought I saw something and it sort of made me jump. Before when I experience this, I can experience myself being scared but then after it stops. This doesn't scare me but it does become annoying. I'm used to it. Has anyone experienced this? Do you know any ways that I can experience less of this? Is this sort of sleep walking? Any help would be appreciated
