Everybody can improve. And the more you know about photography, the more you can judge your own work if it is good or not. But I believe art should be done with higher aims than having it "liked" on facebook. Many great painters were not understood in their time...

And with photography there are many styles... I don't really like many of contemporary fads, but it does not make it trash. You need to be judge... it can happen that after some time you will move on to something different and not be fond of your former works.
