I used to have to go every week to get a big bag of meds, I took a lot, and they were suspicious of them too. But they also in the same light were very friendly, knew my name, asked how I was each time I went and were pretty friendly.

It is akward people knowing and wondering if they are speculating about your meds, but really, it's just their job, they see a lot of people on a lot of different meds. They probably don't think any different of you to any other person that comes in for meds. I dealt with it by just smiling and saying hi, lying with 'I'm fine thanks', because lets face it, they didn't really want the truth, they were being polite.

You could always go to another pharmacy if it's a problem to you.
