Hi NICO,
I have read about people having past-life memories through dreams and meditation, but imagination? I don't understand.

mabe our imagination is an archive we can tap into of all our past lives combined, a collection of fragmented memories. mabe meditation can defragment them and give us the clarity we need to access them.it so easy to get lost in thoughts of the past and future the irony is focusing on the present will give us true insight into these things. the best way to do this is to focus on your breathing, you will find that voice in your mind will gradually become more distant until it is nothing more than an echoe in the void, no substance at all just sound. like many things though this takes practice at first youll notice how loud the voice is and what its willing to do to keep your attention so you must be patient because this voice in your mind is a very old friend and finds it hard to let go. listen to the body, listen to the drone of the world even, but don't listen to your thoughts if you want to know what the present is because thoughts are further from the present than the senses, just commentry of perception. please bear in mind i am new to meditation i still believe it is good pathway to peace of mind.
