Can't Stop, would you consider viewing your situation as temporary, your job as you knew it over, and consider going to another position in your company or to another company entirely? I don't mean right this minute but as an eventual plan of action? Where I am now isn't as bad as where I was. My plan of action is to move on to another position and I am gathering additional skills from this misbegotten position to take with me. I wonder if you could see light at the end of the tunnel if you wouldn't feel better? And could you ask if you could listen to music at least part of the time?
