It could be possible. A person with Bipolar II suffers from major depression more often than hypomania. The hypomanic episodes tend not to last long and aren't as severe as full blown mania. My suggestion is to start tracking your mood and then discuss with your pdoc. I use this online one: http://www.medhelp.org/land/mood-tracker
