Think it can remain anonymous,patient/doctor privilege applies.Unless you commit a crime that warrants access 2 your files,noone can/should get into them?You may want to check4your state,county,city legislation?

It is very hard2want 2 get help when u dont' know if it's going 2 remain private.I am finding this out in an insurance claim post a MVA right now.Whatever insurer wants 2 dig up,they are.

Regardless,your health is key,if it's stopping you from getting a quality of life,I'd get the help.Talking to someone professional may help <font color="blue"> </font> .Make sure mental health professional will work4u, or u won't get much progress?As with personal relationships,their personality may not work with yours?
