Is there anything at all that you used to enjoy doing like listening to some really uptempo oldies or nice and slow jazz or eating an ice cream cone (with 2 scoops) or a popsicle. Sometimes those things have a way of lifting our mood a little, even if only for a short while. For the sleep problem, maybe some scented candles or a relaxing bath or some hot cocoa to calm the senses and quiet the bad thoughts. Try at least one, please, please. Big hug.
