Nothing is wrong with you. PTSD has a bad habit of reoccuring sometimes. You work through it, you're cruising along doing well and bam! Something will trigger it's unwelcome return. I did my work, emdr and all, went for over three years med and therapy free then the rug was pulled out from under my feet and I couldn't even go outside i was so afaid. Are you seeing a therapist now? What about your daughter? Make sure you all get the help you need.
