When I think about going to sleep I become anxious. The reason why I become anxious is because I worry that I might not be able to sleep. When I try to sleep, I'm still anxious but it starts to fade when I become drowsy and when I feel like I'm going to drift off. I try to imagine something nice. I imagine I'm on a rollercoaster (I like rollercoasters) and when I imagine I become drowsy. Before I have been able to fall asleep in around 5- 10 minutes or so. Is falling asleep quickly bad? Can anyone tell me ways on how to reduce my anxiety? Any strategies to make me fall asleep easier?
