My blood pressure is normal. I stopped the patch on Thursday because I couldn't take it any more. I am still not sleeping even though I am taking ambien cr. I forgot that I can't take ativan because I end up with severe muscle pain (mostly in my feet????) when I take it... Haven't tried to call my psychiatrist back this week.... just not sure what to do at this point...
