So after waiting two long weeks, I finally saw my psyc doc again and she gave me meds. I am a bit disappointed at the medicine she prescribed me, but I am going to put my complete faith in her and do what she says.

I was prescribed Lamictal. This seems to be more of a drug for seizures than mental disorders. When describing this drug, most websites say "....this drug may also be used for bi-polar disorder" which makes me believe that they must have discovered that this drug works for bipolar disorder while using it for what it was meant to be used for....siezures.

I am also not sure what this is going to do for my anxiety and schitzophrenia, but like I said, I have to leave this all in my doctors hands.

In the end, it was only our second ever meeting, and the session went very well. I already have a couple things cleared up. Who knows, maybe one day I will be happy and view the world in a positive manner.
