Have you thought about getting a therapist or counsellor to talk to? That can be really useful in having someone to talk to. If you can't find one in person for whatever reason, there is also online counselling or via telephone too.
I think anyone who is pregnant would feel lethargic, but I don't know much about pregnancy. (Also, I'm guessing that "11 months" is a typo)
Do you think that your marital problems might be something your husband would be willing to discuss in therapy? There is couples counselling out there.
