Hi and sorry you feel so down and tense The meds you can take less of maybe break them up if you get too sleepy..It does help a LOT with anxiety and panic both meds..I have taken both and they are a God SEND...take them...also UP in the drug area you will see a few threads on Ativan and Xanax
