I have had dells for years, although I haven't had a desktop myself in forever. My experience with Dell is this: If it's junk coming out of the box, then it'll be junk the entire time. USUALLY they are excellent with sending a replacement although the replacements aren't necessarily the color you prefer.

This system is a replacement computer and its new requirement is Windows 7 and I kill hate it!
