cap, try to do a gratitude list and reread it often today. even if your life isn't all you wish for, there are still things you can appreciate because u're on this earth. there must be a greater plan in all this. one we do not understand but one our higher power has designed. we may not understand "why" now but it will be revealed. you give a lot of support here at pc to us. give an equal amount to yourself. for so many ppl in the world there is isolation from others. i know your situation and how much you try to make the most of it. just know we care about you and how you feel. and absolutely not regarding being worthless!! we value you very much! we can't fix "it" but know we walk the walk with you. you have a purpose. you just haven't found it yet. i think of Job. stand firm in your faith. pray about it. keep sharing with us here.
