I'm so sorry you're left with this horrible feeling when your T is away until March. It really doesn't sound like she can be mad with you. I agree with Liam, if it was just her manner in one phonecall, can you try to think of other reasons for her being like that- reasons to do with her, not you? I sometimes do this when my T acts out of character. So I might say "Ok. Either she deliberately didn't text me because I'm too much and she doesn't care about me anymore. Or it could be one of these three other possibilities... (1) she had a really tiring day and fell asleep; (2) she is out and has no signal; (3) her child is ill and T can't leave her." Just acknowledging that there are other possibilities usually helps.

Could you do this for T's behaviour during the phonecall? Like (1) she was about to go away and was feeling stressed about tying up all the loose ends at work; (2) she had a fight with her partner; (3) she had just got some frustrating news.
