Just a thought...perhaps some sort of search agent that could bring together info on a particular topic for a poster....say someone has a question about a medication for use in bipolar...the agent would find relevant posts from the past and the weband present them in a way that would aid the discussion.

Also, some way to present info in a better way than a static list on a page. I'm not sure what I'm thinking here, but that's pretty normal!
