I agree that maybe you should keep a sleep/mood log. It can help you see a pattern of a reduction of sleep and how your moods are changing.I wouldn't be concerned just yet because it sounds like you just had a good time and like you said was caught up in the moment. Nothing wrong with having a little bit of fun now and then! I am glad you enjoyed yourself!
