Hello there. Oh dear, sadly I certainly DO understand what you are going through regarding the awful and extremely frightening night terrors. From time to time I have these terrors but thankfully not to much. However I recently went through two weeks of severe withdrawel symproms because for various reasons I stopped my meds. Sleeping pills, serquel, Melatonin and antidepressents. The worst result was indeed the night terrors, just so incredably vivid, horrifing, I couldn't breath or call out and seem to be screaming in my dream but nothing came out loud. Yet when people (nurses in this instance) tried to wake me they found they couldn't. I became too scared to fall asleep in the end but was so so tired that unbelieveble as it sounds I STILL suffered a form of terrors whilst awake!! By way of not seeing things but hearing weird things. I repeatedly told myself the sounds were not real but they continued. Now, over the course of two months I have suffered no more terrors but the horror of them is still fresh in my mind. I hope this stops for you too Hunny. Hugs. XXX
