Hey TinaL.. I know how you feel. I'm actually feeling similarly right now, not at my doc or therapist, but I do know what you mean when you describe feeling abandoned. It's hard to cope with the feeling that you've lost control, and that everything around you is changing against your will. The only advice I can give is to just breathe, and remain calm, and ride it out - constructively, of course. I know it's vague advice, but I hope it helps!
