Hi lastyearisblank. This is the one secular (non-religious) support program for alcohol and drug addiction that I have heard of. It's called LifeRing. I don't have any personal experience with it, but I know that it is for people who want to get sober without the religious aspect of 12 Step (it's not about cutting back, it's about quitting completely.)
