I've only gotten as close as his books. I did sit this a.m., but still briefly, less than 10 minutes. However, I did remember through the day at various points, to be fully in the moment with whatever I was doing. It was enjoyable to stop in my tracks a few times while walking through a meadow with Sherman, and really notice my surroundings, the blue sky, sun and snow. So often, I don't do that, and it's such a beautiful place.
