First thing you should do is see your doctor and make sure nothing is wrong. You could have a virus or something.

Depression can make one tired/sleepy and make you want to sleep all the time. Also, by staying in bed too long, your bones & muscles WILL get sore and achy. It's from underuse. You need to force yourself to get up before your muscles atrophy.
