Sorry for my confusion. Anything else I have to say might involve administrative issues and that discussion isn't allowed here.

I never loaded mozilla onto this new computer, but had tried using both on the other(s) with the same results of late.

Good to hear it's fixed for you... isn't that always the way? I often make it a point to ask someone quickly so I have the solution quickly
