I'm just posting some good news ... my doctor today told me I'm fit to start running again. Since I've been on the quetiapine, my blood pressure has gone back to normal, and my heart rate is healthy, so I can slowly build up from scratch. Well, I've done it before and managed a half marathon, so I can't see why I shouldn't try again. Not sure I'll want to run that long... but at least I can run two or three miles a few times a week...
Probably take me eight to ten weeks to be running easily again, but at least now I know it's dooable.
I'm going for full blood work up next week, feeling quite positive.
