Hahaha! Yes, I actually got some excercise done today... did a kick boxing workout on dvd that I used to enjoy. Okay, I didn't exactly kick as high as I used to, but I kept going throughout, got myself sweating and breathless, and actually feel like I've achieved something. I think I'll stick to this for a week or so till I'm less nervous about exercising in the open... but it's certainly helped my mood.
