went to see psychiatrist for first time today. cannot explain how nervous i was (i was on the verge of getting sick/fainting in the waiting room). and i was pleasently surprised. he might of been one of the nicest people ive met. very understanding,very supportive. even though we talked only briefly so he could prescribe me meds, i felt somewhat relieved afterwards
