Good for you!! You knew what to do all along!  Of course now you're going to have to holler at your sister, you know.  Isn't it awful that sometimes we have to alienate the whole family just to get them to leave us alone???  I don't understand why people like to stick their noses in others affairs. They just have too much TIME on their hands!! I bet I could come up with a list of things for them to do!!
