when i took effexorXR, it was very good for my anxiety. it calmed me considerably. are there things going on within the family that you are internalizing and perhaps this is coming out in anxiety? how old are you? do you see a Pdoc or a family M.D.? sorry for all the questions, just trying to get the overview of your situation. xoxox pat
