It's probably bad coincidences, that the people you have reached out to have either not gotten the message or had trouble getting back to you. Probably not related to not wanting to help you, but circumstances. Hope this changes for you tomorrow and you get some response! But don't let their actions validate YOU--YOU are important and worthy of help. Maybe try to make a list of things you can do on your own. Like take a nice bath, relax with bubbles. Play a favorite record or CD. Walk outside and listen to nature. Take some deep breaths, just relax and say to yourself, "I'm gonna be OK." Then take two fingers, kiss them, and gently rub that kiss on your cheek. It's amazing how theraputic that can be. Take care of yourself, for YOU. You are the one that matters.
