Comparing only causes disappointment, I think it is wonderful what your T wants to do with you. I think it could be a great experience for both of you. Continue to tell her how you feel about being "seen" by her and also tell her what you said that this is how you mother saw you and usually photos are only taken during happy times, milestones, and holidays. Rarely are they taken during times of negative experiences and emotions and difficulties that we may experience.
