I agree with Payne1; talking to my profs over the years has been the biggest help to get through. Talk to them. Most are very understanding. If you have any medical or mental health documentation that you can take in with you when you talk with them, get notes from your providers that you are being seen by them, that can be to your benefit as well.
The other thing is, I don't know how many hours you are taking but I found some times taking fewer hours has helped me to get through and to balance everything else that is going on. That way I am not so spread out, my attention is not so divided on so many things at once, and easier to get to fewer classes. There is not a refund at this point, but it may still be in the drop period where there is a grade of a "W" or "Q" so it does not impact your standing. Check with the registrar's office and your advisor FIRST to see if lightening your load is an option to consider.
