It's the half term and I stay up because I like speaking to a person I like. I go to sleep around 6am or 6:30am and I wake up 1pm and I then keep sleeping. Today I woke up at 4/5pm. That's like 12 or more hours of sleep. Isn't that dangerous? I'm not depressed... Maybe my body needs more sleep as I'm a person who needs like 8/9 hours of sleep to feel alright. When I'm half asleep in my bed, I feel like I need to sleep. Maybe it's time to wake up earlier with an alarm clock which will wake me up but I will feel so tired. anyway thanks for reading
