Sorry you took my comment the wrong way. I was not meaning to insult anyone from India. I have had to speak with them before and had major difficulty because of the language barrier. I nicely asked to speak with someone who's first language was English because of the difficulties we were having. The individual was not upset with me and was very kind and put me through to someone else, and I was sure to thank them very much for the assistance they were able to give me.
