I'm so sorry not to have responded sooner - I just saw this post now (was only on for a bit yesterday morning) and my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Have you ever had that skin feeling like it's on fire before? Hope you've had a chance to call your pdoc and things have settled for you a bit!
